Booking
To book our villa we require you to fill out a booking form,
this will be forwarded to you and needs to be completed
in full with names of all guests. The lead name on the booking
must be over 21 years of age and they will be responsible
for all payments and any amendment or cancellation fees.
In order to secure your booking we also require a deposit
of 20%. Once we receive your booking form and deposit we
will send you confirmation and details of our agreement
and payment dates.
Payment
Payments can be made by personal cheque or travellers cheque
allowing plenty of time for either to clear. Final payment
must be made 6 weeks in advance of arrival; if the payment
is not made by then we reserve the right to cancel your
booking.
Cancellations
Should you need to cancel your booking after processing
and confirmation has been sent there will be the following
charges:
If more than
16 weeks prior to arrival we will refund the full amount
paid minus $100/£50 and any payment method surcharges
incurred.
Between 6-16 weeks prior to arrival: Deposit
Between 4-6 weeks prior to arrival: 50% of rental cost
Between 2-4 weeks prior to arrival: 75% of rental cost
Less than 2 weeks prior to arrival: 100% of rental cost
If you cancel your booking and we can re-book the dates
then we will refund the cost of your stay in accordance
with out more than 16 weeks policy.
In order to
protect yourself against any cancellation fees we recommend
that you take out trip-cancellation along with your holiday
insurance.
Security
Deposit
We require a security deposit of $350 for your booking;
this can be made by a credit card via our management company
upon arrival. The full amount will not be charged to your
card providing there has been no damage done during your
stay. Alternatively you can pay $300/£150 along with
your final balance payment 6 weeks prior to arrival. The
full amount will be refunded within 14 days of your departure
providing no damage has been done.
Arrival
& Departure
Arrival time is 4pm
Departure time is 10am
Occupancy
The maximum occupancy of our villa is 8 people and only
those listed on the booking form may stay there. Anyone
found to be breaking this rule would be asked to leave by
Our Management Company. Florida State Law prohibits sub-letting,
sharing and assigning.
The villa is a strictly non-smoking property and no pets
are allowed inside.
Services
and Facilities
We accept no liability for services and public supplies
i.e. water, electricity, air conditioning, cable, Internet
telephones etc. If there is a problem with any of these
services we will do all we can to resolve the situation.
All rentals
of utilities include electricity and water charges.
Any vehicles
must be parked in the driveway (2 max). Please be aware
that Coral Cay Resort restricts the parking of commercial
vehicles, mobile homes, campers and trailers within the
resort. This does however exclude pick-up trucks and sport
utility vehicles with a cargo capacity of 1 ton or less
which may be parked in the driveway.
Liability
The owner/Management Company do not accept any liability
whatsoever for death, personal injury, accidents, loss or
damage to persons effects however caused as a result of
the use of the villa including the hot tub. It is the responsibility
of an adult member of the party to ensure that children
are always properly supervised when using the hot tub and
resort facilities.
Force
Majeure
Neither the Owner or Management Company can be held responsible
or be liable in of loss, damage or changes caused by Force
Majeure e.g. Strikes, floods, weather conditions, closure
of airport or other events beyond our control.
