We currently charge £400 per week or US$ equivalent currently $760 (at $1.90 exchange rate) for our townhouse which is a competitive price for the area. A daily rate of £60 (US$ equivalent, currently $114) is available for shorter or longer stays although a cleaning fee of $85 is payable locally for stays of 5 nights or less. A discount is also available for stays of 3 weeks or more.
